BMW E46 3 Series ZKW D2S Bi Xenon Headlight 1998-2005

The 3 Series E46 , produced from 1998 to 2005 , is famous and popular for its class and high quality.But it also comes with a short cut that the ZKW headlight is built with plastic projector reflector bowl,and is not able to stand the heat of the D2S xenon bulb, causing the reflective layer to disappear. The result is a light output that decreases so dramatically that finally the headlights will be rejected at the yearly inspection.

This E46 Headlight Replacement kit is a good option to completely restore the light output for a fraction of the price of new headlights!This kit contains two new full metal Bi-xenon projectors.  The Inner Reflector is specially designed with chorme finishing, making the light output much more bright than most of the projector on the market!

The projectors can be mounted directly in the E46 ZKW headlight frame using the supplied screws and mounting sticker. Attention,drilling is necessary to install this lens. The automatic level adjustment will still work correctly. Also,to operate the Bi-xenon solenoid, an H7 splitter is included. This projector lens is not the same projector lens as your original one in your E46 car, but it is the best solution to the burn out reflector problem!

Note: this kit is NOT the same as your OEM projector lens but this kit will fit. After installation it may have a small gap, but after you put back the headlight cover, you can NOT even see the gap. But the powerful lights output will bright up your way, this is the meaning of headlight retrofit. :)
